ELLANGTON

music and words shaped wholeheartedly by nostalgia, quiet resentment and hopeful silver linings.

Ella Burkhardt first stepped into the spotlight at fifteen, making her debut at the renowned Jazz Baltica Festival in 2017. What began as a precocious leap into the world of live music quickly became a steady artistic journey defined by curiosity, versatility, and an unmistakable vocal presence.

Since then, the swedish-german singer has brought her unique sound to a wide range of stages and projects — moving fluidly between soft folk, traditional jazz and alternative indie. Her performances are marked by a poetic sensitivity and a deep musical instinct, no matter the genre.

In June 2024, Ella graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Jazz Vocals from the Conservatory of Maastricht (Netherlands). That same year, she recorded her firstlive album as part of a rare analog-focused project: a fully tape-recorded, non-digital release produced at the legendary Bauer Studios in Ludwigsburg (Germany) and featuring Nils Landgren.

The record is available exclusively on vinyl and can be acquired at live shows or ordered online.

ELLANGTON

In 2025, Ella independently released her debut single “Beatrice” for her solo project “Ellangton”. Introspective, sensitive yet powerful - her songs read like the diary entry of a hopeless romantic.

Other works include “D+J”, and more recently

“Everything And Nothing”.
